Who we are
Seventeen years of industrial finishing
SPCS was established in 2009 as a surface treatment workshop and grew into a complete industrial engineering contractor. Today we manufacture, fabricate, prepare, coat and install — holding the whole chain under one accountable scope so specification, finish and schedule do not get lost between vendors.
We work for manufacturing companies, EPC contractors, pharmaceutical and chemical plants, and infrastructure projects across Gujarat and the wider Indian market. Our two Gujarat units give us shop capacity for fabrication and finishing, plus mobile crews for site work.

Surface finishing fails quietly. Our controls are built so problems surface in the shop, not on your plant two monsoons later.
Profile verification
Blast cleanliness compared against the specified standard and anchor profile confirmed by gauge.
Ambient conditions
Substrate temperature, dew point and humidity checked before coating, not assumed.
Coat-by-coat DFT
Wet and dry film thickness measured per coat and recorded against the specified system.
Passivation checks
Free iron and heat tint removal verified on stainless scopes before despatch.
Handover pack
Inspection records, batch details and applied system data issued with the equipment.
